Returns and Cancellation Policy

Returns request will be entertained within 48 hours of goods delivery. Only, in the case of manufacturing defects, replacement requests up to a period of 07 days will be entertained.

In case of a return, and the request is placed within 48 hours of goods delivery, where the buyer is not satisfied with the product quality, the goods can be returned to Aksclothings.com by the buyer or through reverse shipment option of Aksclothings.com. Option of Money refund/credit note is available as per buyer’s choice in this case.

In case of manufacturing defects, goods can be replaced if a request is placed within 15 days from the date of delivery. For defects, Aksclothings.com will send a replacement with the next order. If goods are not available for replacement, a credit note will be issued which can be used against the next order. Refunds will not be issued in this case.

Returns made for unnecessary reasons will affect customer's ratings on Aksclothings.com. Delivery of the goods, ordered by a repeat customer, will depend on the sole discretion of Aksclothings.com based on the risk assessment or the past transaction history of the buyer.

Buyer ratings and future supply to the buyer remain unaffected in case of returns arising because of the following reasons:

Manufacturing defects or damaged goods

Goods received are different from the product description on the website

Customer can call us on 954029777 or mail us at care@aksclothings.com to apply for their return request.

All refunds will be initiated to the same bank account through which payment for the order was made.

If an alternate payment option is used (Credit/Debit Card, etc.), bank account details provided by customers will be used to refund money. Bank account holder name should be same as the registered name of the customer/firm on the website.

In case of part(s) of shipment is returned: Cost of the item and tax levied on the returned item will be refunded.

Under all cases, reverse shipments costs are borne by the customer.

Aksclothings.com is a B2B wholesale platform and meant for business buyers only. We do not prefer any end users purchasing from our platform. All aforementioned facility. like exchange/ returns/refunds are strictly for business buyers only.

RETURN AN ITEM:

To return an item ordered:

Using Call: Customer can call our helpline number 9540297777 and register a request for return.

Using Email: Customer can email their return request at care@aksclothings.com

Once a return request is received by Aksclothings.com; a customer service representative will share the return process over a call within 24-48 hours. They will also explain how to generate a return mailing label and prepare the return documentation if required.

Customer will have to pay reverse shipment charges as per the slabs below:

Rs. 70 fixed for up to 1 kg.

Rs. 30 per kg for each additional kg.

Alternatively, the Customer can send the goods from any other reliable courier that will deliver to the Aksclothings.com office at the customer (sender)'s expense.

RETURN PICK-UP:

Our customer service representative will send the customer an e-mail or will inform them on phone explaining the complete return process, and the estimated date on which the return items will be picked up.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for unexplained reasons. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our accounts and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after the payment has been charged for, the said amount will be reversed to your bank account/credit card/debit card etc. In the event of a non-delivery, on account of a mistake made by the customer, i.e., wrong name or shipping address, any extra costs towards re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer by Aksclothings.com. Any orders placed for delivery to non-serviceable areas, our Logistics partners will attract additional charges over and above those appearing in normal shipping. Delivery will be attempted on the best effort basis. The customer can cancel the Order if it has not been shipped by Aksclothings.com already.

DISCLAIMER:

Any decision on returns of the product(s) sold by www.aksclothings.com is at the sole discretion of Aksclothings.com and the decision of Aksclothings.com shall be final and binding.

Aksclothings.com reserves the right to withdraw from replacement guarantee at any time without giving any intimation of whatsoever nature.

The terms of returns are governed by Aksclothings.com.

Due to Import and Export regulations and restrictions, Aksclothings.com is unable to extend its Returns Policy for any items delivered outside of India.
